Happy Mother's Day!!

Mom and Me
I have enjoyed a great Mother's Day weekend. I had breakfast with my mom, my dad, and my husband. My mom and I talked for hours while my hubby and dad worked on the motorcycles. I am so thankful to my Heavenly Father for allowing me to have my mom this Mother's Day. My mom is truly a miracle. It is hard to believe that seven months ago she was fighting for her life with stage four pancreatic cancer.
Then I went to my second mom's house (my wonderful mother-in-law). I am truly blessed to have the best mother-in-law in the world. I love her dearly!! My husband grilled and we had a great supper with some friends and family (my brother and nephew came over as well...he loves my mother-in-law too. Well...I should probably add that I did marry my brother's best friend, so technically Chad loved her first.)
Lavada and Hillari
Then finally we were headed home...but the day wasn't over yet. My daughter, Hillari, had a big clean surprise for me. She had the house cleaned for me. I had surgery three weeks ago and have not been able to go into my cleaning mode so this was awesome. She arranged everything from getting me out of the house all day to meeting the cleaners to placing fresh flowers in the house.
What a great Mother's Day!!! Not only am I blessed to have a mom and mother-in-law to love I also have a daughter who is following in my footsteps. How much more would one person want?
To all the mother's of the world...Happy Mother's Day and may you trust in the Lord for all your guidance.
